Preference will be given to candidates who have already worked /working in Govt/Semi Govt. Departments.

2nd Class Bachelors Degree from a recognized university with 100/45 words per minute speed in English shorthand and typing respectively. Knowledge of computer & proficient user of MS Office. At least 03 years experience in a similar capacity with public/private organizations. Preference will be given to candidates who have already worked /working in Govt/Semi Govt. Departments.

  2nd Class Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from a recognized University or Graduation with one year Diploma in Information Technology from a recognized Board of Technical Education or its equivalent. A speed of 40 WPM in English and Urdu type writing & proficient user of MS Office & lnpage. At least 02 years experience in a similar capacity with public/private organizations. Preference will be given to candidates who have already worked /working in Govt/Semi Govt. Departments.

Jr. Clerk (BPS-11)

18-30 Years

Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board .A speed of 30 WPM in English type writing and knowledge of computer in using of MS Word, MS, Excel with relevant experience will be given preference.

Terms & Conditions:

1. all applications must reach P.O Box No. 105, G.P.O, Peshawar Cantt through registered post during office hours by the specified date.

2. candidates already in service should apply through proper channel.

3. the relaxation of upper age limit will be considered as per government rules.

4. the organization Reserves the right not to fill any or fill more or less than advertised post(s), and reject any application at any stage without giving any reason.

5. applications must include a covering letter mentioning the post applied for, CV/Resume, attested photocopies of all testimonials(degree & detail marks and two recent passport size photographs be sent on or before the specified date to the address given above.

6. in case of foreign degree, equivalence certificate from HEC must be provided.

7. incomplete applications and applications received after due date will not be entertained

8. only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview for which not TA/DA will be permissible.
