2	Assistant Professor (TTS) Botany	01	PhD in relevant field from HEC recognized University / Institution.
3	Lecturer (BPS-18): Contract)		First Class Master’s degree OR equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education in the relevant field with no 3^rd division in the academic career from an HEC recognized university/ institution. (Condition of no 3rds Division shall not be applicable in the qualification of appointment as lecturer in Universities or Degree Awarding institutions provided that the candidate holds a higher degree viz. M.Phil/PhD or equivalent degree with out more than one 3^rd division in entire academic career. Furthermore, the candidate with 2^nd Division in the Master’s degree but holding higher degree i.e. M.Phil/PhD or equivalent degree with 18 years of education could be considered. First division (1^st Division) in Master of Arts in English is relaxed in favor of second division (2^nd Division) as the minimum eligibility condition for appointment of lecturers in English for annual system degree holders for a period of five years w.e.f. 24.02.2007.)

4	Assistant Registrar Litigation (BPS-17, Contract)	01	First class LLB or second class LLB with 05 yea experience in the relevant field OR LLB with 12 years’ experience in the relevant field in a University.

Assistant Provost (BPS17, Contract)	01	First class Master’s degree/ LLB Or Second Class master’s degree / LLB with 05 years’ experience in the relevant field in a University or Master degree /LLB with 12 years experience in the relevant field in a University OR Graduate with 20 years’ experience in the relevant field in a University.
6	Assistant Director (P&D) (BPS-17, Contract)	01	a. First Class Master;s degree in commerce/ statistics/ Economics/ Business Admn/ Public Administration. Or b. Second class Master’s degree in Commerce / Statistics/ Economics/ Business Admn/ Public Administration with 5 years’ experience in relevant field in a university or Government Department.
7	Care Taker Guest House (BPS-14, Contract)	01	Master’s degree / LLB in at least 2^nd division from recognized university with two years relevant experience Or Bachelor’s degree in at least 2^nd Division from a recognized university with 4 years relevant experience.
8	Network Assistant (BPS-11, Contract)	01	Diploma in Associate Engineer in Computer Science/IT/Electronics from technical Board with at least 2^nd Division and 02 years networking experience or F.Sc from BISE with at least 2^nd division and 02 years networking experience.
9	Carpenter (BPS-05, contract)	01	Matric in at least 2^nd Division with certificate from a recognized institution with 02 years relevant experience or literate with 10 years experience in Masonry.
10.	Mason (BPS-05, Contract)	01	Matric in at least 2^nd Division with certificate from a recognized institution with 02 years relevant experience or literate with 10 years experience in Masonry.
11	Laboratory Attendant (BPS-05, Contract)	03	Matric with science in at least 2^nd division. Preference will be given to candidates having computer knowledge.
12	Junior Clerk (BPS-07, Contract)	09	Matric in at least 2^nd Division /intermediate or equivalent qualification with a speed of 30 words per minute in typing and adequate computer literacy.
13.	Electrician (BPS-05, Contract)	01	Matric in at least 2^nd Division with Electrician’s certificate from recognized institution and 2 years relevant experience OR literate with 10 years’ experience electrician.
14.	Driver (BPS-05, Contract)	03	Matric in at least 2^nd Division with a valid HTV/LTV license and having 5 years’ experience of driving heavy transport OR Literate with valid HTV/LTV License and having license and having 10 years’ experience of driving heavy transport.
15	Sweeper (BPS-02, Contract)	05	Matriculate in at least 2^nd Division OR literate with 05 years relevant experience.
16	Cook (BPS-02, Contract)	02	Matriculate or Literate with 5 years relevant experience.
17	Sub Engineer (Civil) (BPS-11, Regular)	01	Three years diploma in Civil Engineering with three years relevant experience

Terms & Conditions

Application forms can be downloaded from the university website i.e. http://www.swatuniversity.edu.pk OR Can be obtained from Office of undersigned. A bank draft (in original) of Rs. 1000/- (For sr. 1 to 6) & Rs. 300/- (For Sr. 7 to 17) for the above mentioned positions, in favor of treasurer University of Swat, Must be attached with the form. (Monday Orders will not be accepted). Applications on prescribed form complete in all respects along with testimonials/experience certificates/ three recent passport size photographs and photocopy of CNIC shall reach the office of the undersigned on or before August 27, 2012. Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained. NO TA/DA will be paid for test/interview. Age limit for the posts will be calculated as per University rules. The university will not be responsible for non-receipt/delay of call letters for test/interview and the matter should be settled with the concerned service (post office or courier). The university research the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel them. Errors/omissions (if any) will be rectified by the university as per rules.
