Application for Pre-qualification of Consultants for "FEASIBILITY STUDY & DESIGN FOR IMPROVEMENT OF INTERSECTION AT PHASE -III ENTRY-JAMRUD ROAD, HAYATABAD PESHAWAR" are invited from reputed consultancy firms having sufficient experience in the relevant field of designing of intersection/interchange, design of flyovers etc. Application shall include the information mentioned below and shall reach to the office of the undersigned on or before 25th November 2007 during working hours, application received late will not be entertained.

Date of Registration of firm.
List of professional staff along with CV of relevant core staff.
List of similar works completed by the firms during last 5 years with total cost of such projects & cost of consultancy services, date of start & completion.
List of similar works in hand with total cost and cost of consultancy services of such project, dates of start and expected completion.
Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant code and its renewal for current year.
List of full time technical working staff along with their CV's to be deputed at this project.
Income Tax certificate /assessment order for last five years.
Financial capacity of the time.
Fresh Affidavit on original stamp paper regarding non involvement in any arbitration litigation.
Any other documents or information necessary for pre-qualification.
Incomplete, postal, telegraphic application will not be entertained.
The client reserve the right in its sole discretion to reject any application/offer for pre-qualification of firm without assigning any reason thereof.
