CMPak is in the process of enhancing its Sales, Customer Service and Distribution Operations. Applications are invited from sound business professionals who are interested in setting up CMPak Franchise Operations in any of the 150 cities in Pakistan.

Application Criteria:

1. The applicant should be willing to sign an exclusive contract with CMPak.

2. The applicants financial viability should be strong, as the franchise will be required to make reasonable investment in the following:

• Building the franchise at the location chosen by CMPak.
• Installing logistics including office equipment, furniture and inventory.
• Hiring and retaining efficient and reliable sales and customer service staff.

3. Applicants should hold a graduation degree from a recognized institution.

Salient Responsibilities:

• Establishing and organizing a franchise outlet as per CMPak's standards.
• Managing a Sales, Distribution and Customer Operations team in accordance with CMPak's given standards.
• Acquiring customers and retaining them through CMPak's product line.
