Expression of Interest

Schools & Literacy Department Government of NWFP , intends to commerce a Third Party Validation by conducting studies in the following three areas.

1. Teachers Attendance 

2. Textbooks delivery to schools

3. Stipend for Girls Students in backward Districts

The consulting firms having the following qualification, experience are requested to submit their "Expression of Interest" in the name of Programme Director , Education Sector Reforms Unit, Government of NWFP, School & Literacy Department on the address of "N.No. 285, St.No.2 Shami Road Peshawar Cantt" by Monday 26th November 2007, before 1200 hours.

1. The consulting firm (team leader) to conduct the exercise should hold a Master degree preferably Ph.D in Social Sciences from a national or foreign university and other qualified team key personnel

2. The consulting firm should have at least 7 years experience of conducting such studies at national/international level.

3. The consulting firm should have already carried out such validation task particularly in the field of social sector preferably education.

Only short listed consulting firms will be asked to submit technical & financial bids. the undersigned reserves the right to short-listed & appoint a firm , accept or reject an application for Expression of Interest.

Studies shall be required to be complete within six weeks from the date of signing of a contracts agreement.
