TENDER SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed and established Software Firms having relevant experience and established setup in Peshawar for development of the following software desktop application for the project "Computerization of Property Tax Record" for Excise & Taxation Department :

Terms and Conditions :

1) Detailed Specification / RFP for the services required can be obtained from the office of the undersigned .
2) The Firm may provide proof of the experience in the field of software development, list of clients, projects completed, projects in hand, list of technical staff on the roll of the Firm and the technical staff to be assigned to the project
3) The Firm should produce Income Tax/Sales Tax Certificate.
4) Only tenders complete in all respect will be considered .
5) The proposals must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 12th October 2007, which shall be opened at 0900 hrs on the same day, before the representatives of the Firms, in the office of the undersigned located on 4th Floor , PDA Building Phase 5 Hayatabad , Peshawar .
6) The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
7) An analysis of the existing Professional Tax system before submitting the proposal is mandatory.
