Consulting services for Development of Sustainable Procurement Training Facilities NWFP.

The Government of NWFP has received a grant from the World Bank for the purpose of improvement in procurement regulatory framework in NWFP, & intends to apply part of the proceeds for the subject consultancy services.

The Consultancy firm shall be required to prepare a procurement training strategy, conduct a procurement training needs assessment ( TNA ) in various identified provincial & district department, identify a local institute which can be developed as a provincial training resource centre, identify a few organization to develop curriculum for the various training courses, and conduct pilot training workshops.

The Finance Development now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants to must provide information indicating that they have an adequate track record to take up such assignment and are qualified to perform the services ( brochures, description of similar comparable assessments  for TNA and particularly procurement TNA, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff,etc)

 Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank's GUIDE: SELECTION AND EMPLOYMENT OF CONSULTANT BY WORLD BANK BORROWERS, May 2004 for Selection Based on Consultants Qualification.
