NWFP Essential Institutional Reforms Operationalisation Programme

Consultants Required

NWFP Essential Institutional Reforms Programme aims at facilitating process of good governance institutional, gender mainstreaming participatory approaches and capacity building of public sector institutions both at provincial and district level.

The project requires the services of professional consultants in the following fields for undertaking short term assignments:

• Local Government Ordinance 2001 & Order 2002
• Drafting Rules of Business for institutions constituted under Police order 2002
• Training and Facilitation
• Qualification and Experience:
• Law Graduate and/or Master's degree from recognized University
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and report writing skills
• Proficiency in effective use of computer as tool and resource.
