JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Association for community development (ACD) is an NGO working in the field of TB. ACD will be implementing a Global Fund approved project in partnership with National TB Control Program in 6 FATA agencies i.e. Khyber, Mohmand, Bajaur, Orakzai, Kurram and South Waziristan ACD is seeking application along with CV for the following positions:

1. Program Coordinator (1 position) based in Peshawar, with frequent travel to the project sites

Qualification and Experience: Medical Graduates preferably with MPH or other relevant PG qualification with at least minimum 5 years experience of M & E of community based PHC / TB programme. Knowledge of TB laboratory structure and functioning desirable. Knowledge of statistical software, data analysis skill and good communication skills are plus.

2. Regional Coordinators (2 position) based in Peshawar, with frequent travel to the project areas

Qualification and Experience: Medical Graduates with MPH, or other relevant PG qualification and at least minimum 5 years experience in community based PHC / TB progrmme. NGO experience desirable.

 3. Community Mobilizers (6 position) based in the FATA agencies, with frequent travel to project areas within respective agency

Qualification and Experience: At least master level of education in Sociology, or relevant social sciences / medicine. At least 1-2 years of experience in community mobilization and communication, Ability to speak and listen well in English, Urdu and local languages. Computer Literate (MS Office) Application must be resident of the FATA agency they applying for.

4. Finance / Admin Office (1 position) based in Peshawar

Qualification and Experience: MBA Finance / HR  with at least 5 years working experience in the relevant field with 2 years auditing experience. Have good interpersonal skills and communication skills, and be able to keep timelines Should have good command of MS Office software (especially Excel & Word)

5. Admin Assistant (1 position) based in Peshawar:

Qualification and Experience: Graduate with training and working experience in office administration for at least 3 years , working knowledge of accounting is a plus. Is willing to work in a team, have good interpersonal and communication skills, be able to keep timelines and has good command of MS Office software (especially & word)

6. Laboratory Supervisors (2 position) based in Peshawar, with frequent travel to the project sites:

Qualification and Experience: Laboratory Graduate with training and working experience in the field of establishing and running TB laboratory including microcopy and culture susceptibility, external quality assurance procurement and supply management, planning and training for at least 5 years, Good interpersonal, communication and training skill are a must.
