Tender Notice

Sealed open tenders are invited from Sale Distributors/ Authorized Dealers having GST Registered firms for the Supply & Installation of lab Equipments QCC/ PSQCA Peshawar”

Terms & Conditions:

1. The ideal of equipments and general terms & conditions are given in the documents which can be collected from the office of the undersigned any working day on the payment of Rs. 300/- (non-refundable) in the shape of pay Order or Demand Draft (Cheque is not acceptable) payable PSQCA Account.
2. 02% earnest money of the total cost of the tender should be attached with tender documents.
3. Only firms must have conformed & valid authorized dealership/sole distributor’s certificates are eligible, NTN Certificates & GST registration should be attached with tender documents.
4. The quoted prices valid up to 30^th June, 2012 must be inclusive of all duties/taxes & delivery FOB Peshawar basis.
5. Samples/Literatures of equipments must be shown before placing the sale order.
6. Firms having appropriate technical skills & sound professional competency will be preferred.
7. Undertaking that the firm has never been blacklisted by any Govt./Semi Govt./attached department/authority (which ever is applicable).
8. Performance certificate from the client for whom similar service have been rendered.
9. Firms must supply genuine & sealed equipments. Case of sub-standard equipment’s security deposit shall be incarcerated, contract will be cancelled and firms will be blacklisted.
10. Equipments if needed for trail before purchase will be provided.
11. Financial proposals & technical specifications will be sealed in separate envelopes marked as “Financial proposal”, & “Technical Specification” respectively.
12. the sealed tender complete in all respect must reach the “Project Director” within 15 days of the publishing of this tender documents. The time consumption on postage, etc. shall be the risk of the bidder.
13. The tender shall be opened at 27^th March, 2012 on 12:00 noon in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
14. The purchase committee has the right to cancel single bid or whole tenders without mentioning any reason.
15. The quotation must be computer printed with original catalogue, no overwriting & no alternate price should be quoted, hand written or typed quotations are not acceptable.
16. The bidders should clearly mention “Lab equipments” on envelope.
