Pakistan Hunting & Sporting Arms Development Company (PHSADC) is a public sector organization set up under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984, working under the Ministry of  and Special  Industries. Production and Special Initiatives, Government of Pakistan.

 PHSADC, in furtherance of its objectives, is looking for a place of land measuring 8-10 kanals located in or establishing the Peshawar Gunsmith Skill Development Centre (PGSDC) and a Proof House, outside non-residential area.

Interested parties / proposed vendors of land area required to submit their proposals along-with the following information / documents, so as to reach our office at the address mentioned below 10 days of publication of this advertisement.

• Name, address, Phone / Fax No. of the Property Owner.

• Full particulars of the land including its boundaries and location etc.

• A map of the land on offer, indicating its location and size.

• Price per kannal.

• Copies of title documents of the property together with a latest Fard Jamabandi, if applicable.

• A non - encumbrance certificate coupled with NOC from Excise & Taxation Department.

• An affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring that the property is free from any financial liability / litigation and carries title.

PHSADC reserve the right to accept or reject any or all application without assigning nay reason thereof.
