SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Ref: Tdh / watsan / 02/ 2007

 1. Sealed tenders are hereby invited to deliver basic services to the community with the provision of 700 pre-fabricated latrines in a period of 03 months.

2. Bidding documents in English with technical specifications and brief information concerning the procedures will be available at TDH office Mansehra from August 15th 2007 for the sum of 1000 rupees.

3. TDH doesn't bind himself to accept the lowest bid.

4. Bids must be delivered to the address below before 11hOO AM local time on August 22nd 2007.

5. Late bids will be automatically rejected.

6. TDH reserves the right to accept or reject any bid with out giving any reason thereof.

7. No. tender will be sold on the date of the opening.

8. Tender will be opened and reviewed by TDH committee and selected / non selected firm will be informed by latter. The companies are invited only to the opening of the received offers that will take place in TDH office in Mansehra on August 24th 2007 at 11hoo
