ILO, in collaboration with UNDP and European Commission is
implementing Community Based Livelihood Recovery (CBLR) Project in the
earthquake affected areas of NWFP and AJK. The project has a vacancy of a
Computer Information Assistant (GS-3) at its office located in Mansehra. The
incumbent will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Develop and maintain information systems and databases
on different project activities.
2. Based on the available data, prepare write-ups, reports
and case studies for different activities.
3. Maintenance and trouble shooting of hardware & software
within the Project Office as well as in the field offices.
4. To keep liaison with internal as well as external
stakeholders regarding his/her part of job.
5. Regularly update IT-related accessories and programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Graduate in IT (BCS, BIT, or BSc, Computer Science).
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in data collection, data
entry, data verification and modification tasks.
3. Should be familiar with the operation of multimedia,
scanner and other office equipments.
4. High proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Express,
Power Point, Microsoft Access and Visual Basic, the working experience in Urdu
word processing (Inpage), graphic designing tools and AutoCAD/MS-Project would
be a plus.
5. Assist Admin and Finance Assistant in daily routine
tasks.
6. Be willing to travel in field regarding project
activities.
