UN-HABITAT Pakistan seeks to fill the following positions in its sub offices at Bagh Muzafarrabad, Plattika , Hattian , Havali, Mansehra & Balakot:

1. Position: Revenue Officer (Grievance Redress Committee)

Description: Established the Grievance Redress Committee (GRC) for land issues at each location. Review rejected cases of Land Verification Units (LVUs). Conduct verification of applicant's cases to see if there are any merits in his / her case. Meeting with the applicant or his/her guardian if necessary. Discuss exceptions or no objection certificates for Policy cases. Provide written decisions of each case. Report to project Coordinator on cases of GRC. Have a working relationship with District Administration. Work closely with AC of the duty station.

The incumbent should be retired Revenue Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Collector Grade 1, and preference will be given to those with experience of working in the4 above mentioned area. The incumbent should have 8-10 years of closely relevant experience in the revenue department. Should have command over written English and must be familiar with the local languages.

2. Position: Office Assistant (Grievance Redress Committee)

description: Candidates should have complete at least higher secondary education with two to four years relevant work experience. Must have ability to work under pressure, must have good computer skills in MS office and must be able to work in government e3nvionment. The candidates should be able to communication in Urdu and local languages.

3. Position: Office Boy (Land   Verification Units)

Description: Matriculation with two to three years of relevant experience.

4. Position: Security Guards (Housing Reconstruction Centres)

Description: Minimum three to five years of relevant experience
