Application for Pre-qualification are hereby invited form the approved Firms / Consultants for the Work noted below: The documents along with application should reach to this office up to 25-7-2007, no application will be considered after due date:

Interested approved Firms should supply the following information/ Bio-data with the applications:

1. Full name and address of the Firm.

2. Detail of works carried out in the last five years

3. Details of works presently in hand

4. Whether the Firm is involved in any arbitration/dispute/Civil Suite etc.

5. Financial Status

6. National Taxation No. with Tax Payment Statement .

7. Details of relevant staff working in the Firm with qualification and experience.

Applications complete in all respect should reach to the office of the undersigned up to 25-7-2007 at the latest. Incomplete / Conditional application shall not be entertained. All other information can be obtained from the Assistant Director-I Building & works (Provincial) Peshawar during office hours. The Consultant would be selected as per rules and regulations of the Provincial Government.
