Best (Basic Education and Employable Skill Training) is a Non Profit and Development Oriented organization working as implementing Partner of UNHCR, UNICEF, WFP, UNODC,UN,HABITAT, NRC and NEF/ NORAD for Afghan refugees and local population in NWFP, Punjab and in the earthquake affected districts of Kohistan, Battagram, Mansehra and Muzaffarabad AJK. BEST is working in the sectors of Camp Management. Primary Education WES Vocational Training Community Services, Child Protection, Food Distribution (PRRO Program) and Rural Housing Reconstruction Project.

We are looking for qualified and dynamic staff for following positions:

1. PROJECT MANAGER

Girls Primer Education Project Swabi

Salary: Rs. 31,000/ month

2. COORDINATOR SOCIAL MOBILIZATION

Rural Housing Project, Mansehra

Salary: Rs. 35,000/month

3. TECHNICAL COORDINATOR / CIVIL ENGINEER

Rural Housing Project Mansehra

Salary: Rs. 35,000/ month

4. M&E / REPORTING OFFICER

Rural Housing Project, Mansehra

Salary: Rs. 30,000/-

Education, skill and experience

University degree in Social Science, Management, or related subject, with preferable NGO experience in senior management position. Should have strong analytical an report writing skills, as well as strong IT skills, with excellent command over written and verbal English and should be able to work in close coordination with different stakeholders.
