A leading and growing microfinance organization operating at a national level offers bright and progressive career opportunity to young , energetic and motivated individuals with a postgraduate degree in commerce , accounts , agriculture, administrative or Social Sciences from a recognized government university. The offer, terms and conditions include:

Six months training ( extendable depending upon the learning of the trainee) as a management. trainee in microfinance field operations in poor urban areas.
Successful candidates will be inducted into management cadre of the microfinance organization.
Candidates must be very hard working to work under pressure , beyond standard working hours , and serve in filthy poor areas all over Pakistan.
During the training period , candidates will be travel within the program area using public transport.
Age of candidates should not be more than 28 years on 30 June 2007.
A stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month will be given to each successful candidate during the training period.
No prior experience is required.
People with previous experience need not to apply.
Candidates with degree under process need not to apply.
People with desire to work in corporate environment alone need not to apply.
