PRE-QUALIFICATION ENGAGEMENT OF ARCHITECT

1. Provincial Headquarters NADRA NWFP plans to construct multi-story building for its main office in Hayatabad Peshawar as per brief description given below:

a. Expected covered area Maximum allowed as per PDA by laws of all floors on plot of a kanals.

b. Location plan can be obtained from office.

2. Applications are invited from reputed architect firms/individuals (for the pre-qualification) for the preparation of design, drawings and estimated project cost. The architect firm/individual should be registered with Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners.

3. Selection of architect will be based on merit, reputation, experience in multi-story office building and design excellence. Firms having successful projects of national repute will be given preference.

4. The bid should include the following information (please provide documents where necessary):

a. Name of the Firm/Individual, Date of Establishment and organization setup.

b. A copy of registration certificate with Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners.

c. Detail of experience in related project and detail of work in hand for the last three years.

d. Details pertaining to in house capabilities and resources in field studies and any affiliation with foreign firm.

e. No of employed Architect/Engineer along with Bio data and related experience.

f. List of equipment available with the firm/individual for performance of related work.

g. Affidavit that firm/individual has not been black listed by any Government/Semi Government/Atonnomous Body.

h. Financial stability (Financial Statement for the past 5 years).

5. NADRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason thereof and decision will be final and irrevocable.

6. Only those firms who stand pre-qualified shall be given users requirement for obtaining Technical and Financial proposal.
