The Asian Development Bank approved credit against the earthquake Emergency Assistance project (Loan No. 2213) PAK (SF) for Education component. Under which the authority intends to appoint suitable candidates to fill the following vacancies that are either currently available or may become available in the near future at its Battagram and Shangla officers on contract and lump sum fixed-salary-basis, all inclusive, Maximum age will be calculated as one the closing date of this advertisement. The expected place of posting is indicated against each post. The venue of test / interview shall be the office of the undersigned.

1. Experience in the relevant field in government or public sector organization, donor funded large project / program, INGO or any other such organizations shall be counted / preferred. Familiarity with government / ADB / WB / UN agencies working environment will be an asset.

2. Age relaxation allowed to government employers or special area / categories will be allowed as per provincial government rules.

3. The offer of appointment will be made for specific duty station. These posts are not transferable on any ground.

4. The short - listing, interview and selection will be made by a panel for which committee has already been constituted.

5. Incomplete application or received after due date will not be entertained.

6. Suitable candidates belonging t the earthquake affected area  / district corresponding to the place of posting will be preferred.

7. Applications must be sent through registered post / courier clearly indicating the name of post applied for on right corner of the envelope. One application will be considered against one post only. Separate application must be sent if the candidate applies for more then one post.

8. No TA/DA will be admissible.

9. the number of posts may increase or decrease as per arising situation.

All CVs must be accompanied by a one page letter of interest, wherein the candidates should clearly correlate their duration, experience and skills to the job they are applying for. In case of government / semi government employee, NOC from their respective supervisor be attached with the CV that the candidate will be relived if selected.

Only short listed candidates will be called for test / interview and candidates may also confirm on phone given below and they will also be informed through separate written notice for test / interview. The candidates may be given computer test and a written exercise related to the job applied for.
