INVITATION OF BID FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Name of Work: Feasibility study of 10MW Hydro Power Project Tormik PH-II

1. Technical and financial bids are hereby invited from reputed consulting Engineering firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and having experience in relevant field for feasibility study for 10MW Hydel power project Tormik Ph-II.

2. The Scope of consultancy services will be as per TOR. The terms of reference and requisite information are available in the Officer of the Executive Engineer Water & Power Division skardu on Payment of Rs. 1000/- (Non refundable) with effect from 15th October, 2008.

3. The technical and financial  proposals should be submitted in the office of the Executive Engineer Water & Power Division Skardu on or before 28th October 2008 at 1100 hours. The technical proposal will be opened by a committee constituted by the competent authority on the same day at 12:00 hrs at presence of representatives of the consulting firms, who choose to attend.

4. The technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate sealed envelope packed in one envelope dully sealed. The technical proposal will be opened earlier and evaluated as per criteria laid down in the TOR. The firms will be short listed on the basis of evaluation criteria.

5. Financial proposals of only top ranked three firms will be opened.

6. The completion time for the consultancy services is 06 Months.

7. The client reserves the right to reject any or all the proposals without assigning any reason thereof.
