The management of Fauji Foundation of Pakistan is considering various options for the restructuring of its fully owned project Fauji Corn Complex, Swabi Road jehangira (N.W.F.P) and in this regard has decided to undertake a Comprehensive Business Performance Review of the existing facility. the assignment has been divided in two phases.

Phase 1:
Business Performance review of the project on an "As is basis" Following services will be required:-

1. Technical/ Operational due-diligence of the project.
2. Review of the products from commercial point of view.
3. Financial due-diligence of the project.

Phase 2:
Depending upon the findings of the phase 1 the management may opt for an expansion of the existing facility and will require the following services:-

1. Technical study for the new Plant.
2. Financial services for the assessment of feasibility of the new plant.
