CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS & CONSTRUCTION SITE ENGINEER

The Swiss Agency for Development and Corporation, Humanitarian Aid (SDC-HA) is reconstructing schools in two earthquake affected districts of NWFP, To strengthen and expand the team, SDC-HA is looking for dynamic, energetic and highly committed Professionals to fill in the following vacancies.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS & CONSTRUCTION SITE ENGINEER

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent SDC-HA on the construction sites to achieve excellence in performance.

• Supervise and facilitate the Contractor's work, regarding quality and time

• Regularly report to project office, participate in meetings and maintain records.

• Communicate, inform and interact with the local authorities, PTA, School officials, etc, about the ongoing works.

• Frequent field visits to the sites in Mansehra and Battagram Districts with duty station based in the field or at Mansehra project office.

Requirements:

The candidate must have a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years experience at Site Engineer / Supervisor in structural work of buildings. Diploma as Associate Engineer with 5 years experience or experience in similar projects may also apply. English language is an advantage.
