An International organization seeks the qualified and experienced individuals for Swat District. The following are minimum qualification for the position along with illustrative responsibilities and experience required.

Position: Training Coordinator

Location: Peshawar

This position is basically responsible to implement training and community mobilization activities in Swat district.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement EMNC and LHW trainings for district Swat as per training strategy.

• Prepare DIP for EMNC and LHW trainings in consultation of DHMT and provincial manager.

• Maintain a liaison with health department and partners at district level.

• Assistant in preparation of project & financial reports.

• Maintain a data bank of trainings and community mobilization activities as per annual work plan.

Qualification & Experience

• MBBS preferably MPH with two years of experience in capacity buildings.

• Knowledge's of LHW program & community mobilization will be preferable.

• Strong communication, facilitation and management skills.

• Knowledge of local culture & language.
