RE-INVITATION OF PROPOSALS FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES

i. The NWFP Housing Authority (PHA) re-invites technical and financial proposals from qualified consulting firms for planning, designing and construction supervision (full time / top supervision) for four storeyed residential flats comprising various covered areas of 1000 s.ft, 1500 s.ft, 2100 s.ft & 3000 s.ft (approx) on 11.68 kanal plot in Phase-V & 12.5 kanal plot in Phase-VI situated in Hayatabad, Peshawar.

The construction cost of the flats may amount Rs. 250 million for both the cases. The project construction period may be 14 months from the date of commencement of physical work on site.

ii. The interesting consulting firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes along with a demand draft of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) in the name of Director General NWFP Housing Authority (PHA) to reach to the office of the undersigned on or before 02-8-2008. The proposals will be opened by the DCSC in  the presence of authorized agents of the consulting firm in the office of the Secretary to Govt of NWFP Housing Department on a date to be notified later on.
