SENIOR MANAGER WATSAN

A major leading international humanitarian organization is looking for a Senior Manager WATSAN. The position will be based in Mansehra with frequent travel to Besham, Banna, Balakot and Islamabad as well as to other parts of the country in case of emergencies (floods etc.).

Selection Criteria:

• Professional degree in Civil engineering (certification from PEC) with expertise in water and sanitation.
• Masters in Public Health (preferred)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in development or/and humanitarian sector.
• Proven management skills to lead and supervise a team of 5-10 team members;
• Proven experience in developing training materials, session plans and conducting trainings with the staff, communities and volunteers.
• Must have experience and strong background in writing/compliling financial and narrative reports.
• Preferrance will be give to those with good experience with reputable international organisation.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The position is for one year and first three months will be the probation period.
• Applicant needs to be able to read, write and speak English fluently as well as have a high level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• The candidate must have the ability to work in a multicultural environment and must have excellent communication, inter personal and teamwork skills as well as ability to work independently if required.
• Good remuneration package.
