An International organization is looking for short term facilitators to conduct workshops at provincial and district headquarters aimed at promoting public dialogue on devolution policy. The workshops will be conducted in Provincial capitals and district headquarters in Sindh, Punjab, NWFP and Baluchistan during the month of July and August 2008. The required qualification and experience for facilitator is:

Qualification:

Masters in Social or Management Sciences

Experience:

Five years of demonstrable experience of training and/ or workshop facilitation for private/ public sector organizations. Experience of working on Provincial and Local Governments issues will be an added advantage.

Skills:

Excellent communication facilitation skill, good writing skills, good command over Urdu and English language, command over any one of the local language and management skill.
