PROJECT ENGINEERS Vacancies construction project in Peshawar

A) MECHANICAL ENGINEER (1 Position)

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum B.E. (Mechanical with 10 years experience OR BTech/Associate Engineer with 15 years experience, Candidates having experience in HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting Services installation in a hotel/hospital project would be preferred

B) ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (1 Position)

Eligibility B.E. (Electrical with 10 years experience, OR BTech/Associate Engineer with 15 years experience Candidates having experience in a hotel/hospital project would be preferred.

C) CIVIL ENGINEER (Position)

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum B.E. (Civil) from a reputable institution with 10 years experience, OR BTech/Associate Engineer with 15 years experience, Knowledge and expertise in construction projects, preferably a hospital or hotel.

Responsibilities for positions A, B & C
Liaison with Consultants & Contractor, overall supervision of
work at site, specifically quality & progress monitoring.
Verification of all bills raised for projects.

D) PROJECT ENGINEER (1 Position)

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum B.E. (Civil/Mechanical) from a reputable institution with 15 years of relevant experience, Preference would be given to a Master degree holder in Civil/Mechanical Engineering Expertise of a hospital/hotel construction project would be impressive. Should have sound knowledge of construction activities and construction materials, should have excellent decision making abilities, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), Computer literacy is essential.

Responsibilities
Manager and monitoring ongoing civil projects, Liaison with contractors, consultants and vendors for the smooth and efficient completion of the projects with in the approved budget and given timeline, Overall management of the Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineer, Regular reporting to the senior management
