The vice Chancellor Search Committee , NWFP invited applications for the position of Vice Chancellor NWFP Agricultural University Peshawar from appropriately motivated high-ranking scholars and professionals

INTER-ALIA HAVING FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:

• Possess distinguished reputation as a scholar & academician having close familiarity with academic functions both of classroom teaching & research.
• Experience in higher education management
• Capability & experience of resource mobilization.
• Leadership qualities for policy making in relation to efficient & effective management of all affairs of universities.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Should  have a Ph.D degree in any subject from a reputed university (preference will be given to Ph.D in Agriculture related subject)
• Should not be more than 65 years of age on 30th June 2008.
• Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
• Should have to his / her credit quality research publications in journals of international repute.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Tenure: Shall hold office during the pleasure of the Chancellor / Governor for a term not exceeding four years.
• Pay: Salary and perquisites package of BS-22.
