Reporting to the Regional Head, the incumbent will be mainly responsible for:

• Planning and developing strategies to ensure continued development of the regional sales team for meeting organization goals
• Conduct site evaluations and analysis to ensure products availability in the market.

Candidates should have:

• Bachelor's degree. MBA will be an added advantage.
• 7-8 years of sales experience in a FMCG company out of which at least 2-3 years should be in a managerial position
• Good people management, leadership and coaching skills
