VIRTUAL UNIVERSITY OF PAKISTAN

Sealed Tenders are invited renowned suppliers / manufacturers dealing in Evaporative Air-Conditioning System. The parties should be duly registered with income and sales tax departments , having relevant experience in same field.

The system is required at the following sites:

1. VU Lahore Campus
2. VU Peshawar Campus
3. VU Islamabad Campus

Interested parties are invited to purchase Tender document on cash payment of Rs. 500/- during office hours from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, upto 19-06-2008. Site can be  visited during office hours subject to purchase of tender documents. The quotations must reach the undersigned by             June 23, 2008 at 11:30 am, and will be opened on same day at 12:00 noon. The bidders are required to provide manufacturer's warranty and demand draft/ pay order of 2% as earnest money.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or annual the procurement process at any time as prescribed under PPRA Rules.
