FACULTY HOSTEL CIIT - ITB

Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed and experienced civil works construction companies (Buildings) registered with PEC in category C-4 and above and working with government departments or other reputed organizations and successfully completed building projects in the past five years, for the construction of FACULTY HOSTEL building at COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT) Abbottabad, under the Project "Establishment of Physical Facilities at CIIT Abbottabad."

Bidders are required to submit complete Technical & Financial bids separately showing completed projects, list of equipment, Form work, T&P, staff and other necessary details etc. for qualification of works.

Complete set of Tender Document comprising drawings & details of works etc. may be obtained on payment of Rs 3,000/- (non-refundable) as cost of tender document in shape of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of CIIT Abbottabad, from the office of the Project Director on any working day during office hours.

All tenders should be accompanied by Earnest Money/Bid Security @ 2% of the bid in price shape of Call Deposit. Bids will be received at the address given below till 1400 hours on June 17, 2008 (Tuesday). Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 1430 hrs.

After completion of qualification process, qualified bidders will be notified the date of opening of Financial Bids, in the presence of those who may choose to attend.

CIIT reserves the right to accept/reject, any/all tenders/bids without assigning any reason(s).
