Pakistan International Airline (PIA) Planetaria intends to set up / open of a branch of "Multinational Fast Food Chain" at following locations.

• PIA Planetaria University Ground near Chowburji Lahore.

• PIA Planetaria Hayatabad Peshawar.

Interested Parties / Firms must have experience of developing and operating in a General Public Park along with their Restaurant and Drive Thru. Parties are therefore, requested to express their interest and submit applications for pre-qualification. Applications should be submitted through their local registered firm. The following information should be provided with application.

• Full name, address of registered office, name of representatives in the company and address for correspondence.

• Particulars of registration with Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous bodies.

• Past / Present experience and list of successful projects of similar nature undertaken by the company / firm in Pakistan in dealing public park development with a restaurant.

• Bio-Date of the firm's staff with copies of the relevant education / technical certificates

• Certificate of payment of income tax and professional tax for the last 3 years.

• Membership of international consort and business house etc:

• Bank statement of last 6 months.
