UBL's Retail Banking Officer's (RBO) programme is designed to turn high-calibre young individuals of either gender into excellent bankers. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training in all facets of banking, as well as specialized training in their areas of assignment.

After training, every RBO shall be posted in branches in numerous cities across Pakistan, where they will continue to make progress under the watchful eyes of their more experienced team leaders.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (First Class) from an HEC recognized university / institution.
• Work Experience: Not required - only fresh graduates will be considered.
• Age: Not more than 26 years on May 31, 2008.
