Applications are invited for appointment as '' Gemmologist'' (contract basis/renewable). Last date for receipt of applications is 20-05-208.

Qualification:

1. M.Sc. Geology with specialization  in Minerology/Petrology.
2. Gemmologist would be preferred.
3. Computer Literacy is a must.

Experience:
One years Gems testing/Minerals Testing experience in a national/international organization of repute is required.

Age:
Maximum 30 years

Note:

• Only short listed candidates shall be called for test/interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
• Selected candidates shall have to serve Gems & Gemmological Institute of Pakistan, Peshawar (GGIP) for at least 5 years.
• Probation period of selected candidate will be six months.
• The decision of Appointment Committee-GGIP will be final and not challengeable.
• Provision of original documents at the time of interview is compulsory.
• Candidates already in service must apply through proper channel.
• The Appointment  Committee-GGIP reserves the right of accepting/rejecting any or all applications without assigning a reason
• The service will be governed under the rules approved by the Board of Management of GGIP.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply for the posts.
