Sealed Tender are invited from renowned suppliers/manufacturers dealing in Evaporative Air-Conditioning Systems. The parties should be duty registered with income and sales tax department, having relevant experience in the same field.

The systems in required at the following sites:

1. VU Lahore Campus

2. VU Peshawar Campus

The tender documents are available at the below mentioned address at a cost of Rs.  500/-

Sites can be visited during office hours subject to purchase of sender documents.

The quotations must reach the undersigned by May 08, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. and will be opened on same day at 12:00 noon. The bidder are required to provide manufacturer warranty and demand draft/pay order of 5% as earnest money.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or annual the procurement process at any time, without assigning any reason or liability.
