Construction of Faculty Hostel CIIT

Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed and experienced civil works construction companies (buildings) registered with PEC in category C-4 and above and working with government departments or other reputed organizations and successfully completed buildings projects in the past five years, for the construction of Faculty Hostel buildings at COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT) Abbottabad, under project "Establishment of Physical Facilities at CIIT Abbottabad".

Bidders are requested to submit complete Technical & Financial bids separately showing completed projects, list of equipment, Form work, T&P, staff and other necessary details etc, for qualification of works.

Complete set of Tender Document comprising drawing & details of work etc, may be obtained on payment of Rs 3,000/- (non-refundable) in shape of Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of CIIT Abbottabad, from the office of the Project Director on any working day during office hours.

Bid should be submitted within the 15 days of publication of tender notice by office closing hours. Financial bids will be opened after completion of qualification process in the presence of those who choose to attend 2% of the bid amount to be deposited as Earnest Money.

Qualified bidders will be notified the date of Public Opening of Financial Bids, and the financial bid of unsuccessful bidders will be returned.

The Competent Authority of CIIT reserves the right to accept/reject any/all tenders without assigning any reason.
