2. The land offered for sale must be free from any legal encumbrances and located in prime vicinity of cantonment area, Abbottabad.

3. The interested sellers can obtain further specifications and terms and conditions from the address given below.

4. Quotations will be received till 1200 hours on 05-04-2008 in the Regional Tax Office, the Mall, Abbottabad in the presence of interested seller or their authorized representatives who choose to attend the opening of quotations in the presence of committee members.
