Government of NWFP, Health Department invites applications for following positions of the newly established Monitoring & Evaluation Cell on contract basis initially for three years with provision of further extension. All the positions are based in Peshawar.

1. Position :  Director (M&E)

Equivalent BPS : 19

Qty : 1

Qualification / Experience : MPH/Masters in health panning & policy formulation or allied discipline / MBA in health management and health systems (preferably with MBBS)

Minimum ten years experience in relevant field including experience at a senior managerial position

2. Position : Social Sector Specialist / Social Scientist 

Equivalent BPS : 18

Qty : 1

Qualification / Experience : MBBS / M.Phil is Sociology

Masters in Public Health (Preferably)

Minimum 7 years relevant experience 

3. Position : Epidemiologist

Equivalent BPS : 18

Qty : 1

Qualification / Experience : M.Sc Epidemiology or MPH with advance course in Epidemiology

Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in Epidemiology

4. Position : MIS Specialist / Database Administrator

Equivalent BPS : 17

Qualification / Experience : M.Sc (Computer science)/ MIT / MCS with speciality programming and Database A ministration.

At least 4 years relevant experience.

5. Position :  Network Administrator

Equivalent BPS : 17

Qualification / Experience : M.Sc (Computer science) / MIT / MCS with speciality in Networking.

Minimum 2 years relevant experience 

6. Position :   Data Analyst

Equivalent BPS : 17

Qualification / Experience : MPH with speciality in EPI Info & SPSS Minimum 2 years relevant experience.

7. Position : Accountant 

Equivalent BPS : 11

Qty : 1

Qualification / Experience : B.Com / BBA

Three years relevant experience

8. Position :  Computer Operator

Equivalent BPS :  11

Qty :  2

Qualification / Experience : B.Sc. computer science or equivalent with 2 years relevant experience.

Additional special package allowances would be admissible to position vide Sr No 1 to 6 only after competitive selection. Candidates already in government service should apply through proper channel.
