National Testing Pakistan is a fast growing unique organization with charter of educational and professional testing countrywide, NTS has expanded its network to all big cities / divisional headquarters of Pakistan. Applications are invited for the following posts in different cities of Pakistan.

General Manager (Research & Analysis): 01 Post at Islamabad

Sixteen-year degree in relevant field from an accredited institute with at least 12-year experience at similar job. Job responsibilities would include carrying out research on various emerging trends in education and professional career opportunities by analyzing the real time data available at NTS. He/She would by responsibilities to apply various psychometric tests in consultation with Psychometric Analyst to gauge the reliability / consistency and validity of tests conducted by NTS from time to time. Formulating / suggesting various measures to improve testing tools.

Statistician - 01 Post at Islamabad

Sixteen-year degree in Statistics from an accredited institution with at least 3-year experience at similar job. Job responsibilities would include carrying out various analyses on available data to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of tests conducted and to suggest adoptable measures to improve testing tools based on real time statistical analytical.

Psychometric Analyst: 01 Post at Islamabad

Sixteen-year degree in Psychology from an accredited institution with at least 3-year experience at similar job. Job responsibilities would include research and analysis of available data through psychometric and other psychological / physical tests in order to gauge the extent to which the each test measures what it intends to measure.
