CARITAS Pakistan is a Relief and Development organization working with marginalized and disadvantages communities in Pakistan since 1965. Caritas Pakistan is actively engaged in relief and reconstruction of earthquake affected communities in NWFP province and AJK. Caritas Pakistan is seeking positions of Programme Manager Health and to be based in Caritas sub office Mansehera, NWFP.

Programme Manager : Health

The programme Manager Health will be responsible to develop, manage, implement health programme in earthquake affected areas in NWFP and AJK.

Base Station: Mansehera

• Responsibilities for HEALTH PROGRAMME MANAGER:
• Develop and implement health program strategy that answers needs of earthquake affected communities.
• Participate in the development of new project activities and proposals that transition to longer - term development activities.
• Develop an exit strategy for Caritas Pakistan Health Programme.
• Manage health programme staff so that they deliver the agreed objectives.
• Monitor project activities and budgets to ensure that they achieve the SOA objectives.
• Develop financial and narrative reports for DRU/ERRA and donors.
• Networking with other NGOs and INGOs working in health sector.

Essential Qualification:

• Education : M.B.B.S and degree in public Health.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health programme management.
• Experience in community based health projects / programme.
• Experience working with NGOs set up.
• Experience in training on health issues.
• Experience in programme, financial and staff management.
• Experience in working with government structures, I/NGOs and UN agencies.
• Experience writing proposal and reports for donors
• Analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel in field areas and able to work in a team environment.
