Post : Professor
Qualification: Ph.D in the relevant field HEC recognized institution. 11 years post Ph.D teaching / research experience or minimum of 7 years of post Ph.D plus 12 years of experience before Ph.D (3 years before Ph.D equal to 1 year post Ph.D) in a recognized University or a post graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization.

15 research publications (with at least 5 publications in the past 5 years in internationally abstracted journals recognized for the purpose of appointment on TTA by the HEC).

Pay Scale : 180,000-8800-312,500   

Post : Associate Professor
Qualification: Ph.D in the relevant field HEC recognized institution.
6 years post Ph.D teaching / research experience or minimum of 4 years of post Ph.D plus 6 years of experience before Ph.D (3 years before Ph.D equal to 1 year post Ph.D) in recognized University or a post graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization.
10 research publications (with at least 4  publications in the past 5 years in internationally abstracted journals recognized for the purpose of appointment on TTS by the HEC).

Pay Scale: 120,000-7000 - 226, 250
 

Post : Assistant Professor
Qualification: Ph.D in the relevant field from HEC recognized University / Institution and excellent written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills.
No Experience is required.

 Pay Scale: 80,000-5500 - 162, 500

General Information:

1. The candidates are required to prepare a comprehensive dossier consisting of CV, reference letters from Ph.D supervisors or other eminent Ph.D scholars in their area of specializations and publications (if any) in internationally abstracted journals recognized by HEC to the undersigned. The application for appointment under TTS may be downloaded from the official website of the NWFP University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar www.nwfpuet.edu.pk Complete application shall be submitted alongwith dossier and Bank Draft of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) as processing fee drawn in favour of Director Finance , NWFP . Peshawar , should be attached.

2. Last date for submission of applications with complete dossier is 30.11.2007
